Five Star Hydrangeas is an online Hydrangea-direct floral shipper dedicated to delivering only the freshest and highest quality cut hydrangea flowers to our customers at wholesale prices.
We highly recommend our customer or their representative be present at the time of delivery. A signature requirement may or may not be required at the time the flowers are delivered. Five Star Hydrangeas will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in freezing temperatures inclement weather, damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, FedEx or DHL delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God.
We require that all orders be placed at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date. For last minute order placements, please contact us.
Changes to an Order
If you wish to change your order you must do so at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date. We may not be able to process changes to your order without 10 days notice.
All cancelled orders will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date. Requests to cancel orders less than 7 days will not be accepted and the order will be delivered as scheduled.
Claims regarding flower quality must be reported to Five Star Hydrangeas within 24 hours of receipt of product. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt of product will not be accepted. We will always ask for assistance with pictures, date and time of delivery, and possibly the return of the products to process your claim. Please know that all claims are handled on a case by case basis. Five Star Hydrangeas will not be responsible for hydrangeas or any other type of flower mishandled by customers. Complete flower care instructions are posted online as a courtesy. Due to the farm-direct nature of our floral program, flower care instructions are not included in each package. It is the customer’s responsibility to know how to properly care for the products they are ordering.
We do not guarentee a particular color shade. There is always some color variation due to mother nature and the growing process: Especially with the antique, pink, purple and lavender colors no two stems will be exactly alike. Every bloom can have multiple colors. The predominant colors on each bloom are posted on the product pages. (For example: the 'Blue Antique' Hydrangea will be predominantly blue and green in color, but may also have other shades including pink, lavender, and bronze on the bloom). If you are in a search for the perfect color match we recommend contacting a florist instead of purchasing hydrangeas direct online in bulk quantities.
In case of missing flowers, you MUST notify us within 4 hours of product arrival. Five Star Hydrangeas will check with the flower farms to verify the packing of your box. Images of the box or flowers may be required. If there is a discrepancy, Five Star Hydrangeas will reimburse the customer the value of the missing items per the pricing on the order. Five Star Hydrangeas will not be responsible for replacing missing items from your local floral suppliers.
